Latest figures from the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) show Adelaide’s property market continued to power ahead over the December quarter. The number of new loans issued over the quarter jumped by 1500 compared to the September quarter.

Reflecting the strong buyer confidence, Adelaide’s median house price rose 2.7 per cent over the quarter to $270,000. Prices were up a healthy 10.7 per cent over the year to December.
